Competition is to win entry for Equinox24 2018/Bell Tent Hire at Equinox24 2018.
This can be either a solo, Pair or SMALL team category entry depending on availability at the time of entering. IF A CATEGORY IS SOLD OUT AT THE TIME YOU ENTER YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELECT THAT CATEGORY AS YOUR FREE ENTRY. You also have the option to select a 4 person bell tent hire at Equinox24 2018 instead of entry to Equinox24 (or the value of the 4 person tent deducted from the hire of a larger tent). The prize can be transferred to another person subject to the agreement of the event organisers.
There is no cash alternative available. Prize is not transferable to other events and is valid for the 2018 event only. To claim your prize you must contact the organisers by email to [email protected] within 14 days of the winner being announced. You will be given a code to enter online – please note – you will need to enter yourself/team online through our entry system using the entry code before the entry deadline. If you do not do this your prize will be forfeited and no alternatives or transfers will be given. No refunds will be given at any stage and usual T&Cs will apply on entry. By entering you agree that Equinox24 can use your name in promotional materials and online. If you have already entered Equinox24 2018 and you subsequently win this competition you have the choice of 4 person bell tent hire (or the value of that hire deducted from the hire of a larger bell tent) or you can use the race entry for someone else.
The winner is selected at random using the Vial Loops software app. Each person who enters via the sign up form gets one entry to the draw. For each friend that an entrant refers via the app who then enters from the referral link will get the entrant an additional entry to the draw. Only one initial entry per person allowed.There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made.
Draw will be made and the winner announced on 28th Feb 2018. Winner will be announced on Facebook and by email and it is the winners responsibility to contact the organisers by email within 14 days to claim their prize.
The data we collect from you will be used to inform you of your entry to the competition and the progress of the draw and to select and contact the winner. We will also send you an email after the draw has closed inviting you to join our email newsletter and you can choose whether to do so or not. After that the data will be deleted.
